I looked at the portable vaporizer of dried plants Atomic9. It offers an impressive range of features and is truly affordable.
Atomic9 is slightly smaller than PAX 3 and boasts an attractive and pleasant to the touch body made of anodized aluminum. In addition, it is surprisingly light.
The chamber, which is filled with crushed herb, is hidden under a magnetic folding mouthpiece (exceptionally pleasant) and is really small. It holds about 0.1 to 0.2 grams of crushed material. However, filling the Atomic9 vaporizer is easier than with other portable vaporizers. This is thanks to the retractable "shovel", which you can extend using the slider on the side of the unit. It allows the user to fill the chamber without having to touch the herb, so you don't have to stick your fingers together. Personally, I used this option only initially and then filled the chamber classically by hand.
The unit uses convection and conduction heating as a heat source. You can handle an average of 10 sessions per charge, with a warm-up time of less than 45 seconds. After the 10th or 12th coating, you must refill the herb chamber.
The device has six preset temperature levels between 356 and 428 degrees Fahrenheit (the manual also includes a table with conversions from degrees Fahrenheit to degrees Celsius), which allows the user to choose between light and dense steam. With a single button, the unit turns on and off and allows you to scroll through the temperature settings, all visible on the slim LED display on the side of the body. When ready to coat, the flashing red light turns green.
The Atomic9 heats up between thirty and forty seconds, depending on the desired temperature setting. Thanks to the cooling chamber technology, the body and mouthpiece of the device remain cool throughout its use.
An amazing feature of this vaporizer is the removable steam cooling chamber in the middle of the device, which captures any residue that accumulates after use and makes cleaning very easy.
Atomic9 also contains other great technologies. For example, it is equipped with a cooling chamber, which helps keep the steam cool, even if it has a relatively short path. Thanks to this feature, Atomic9 is a great herbal vaporizer for beginners and occasional users.
The quality of the steam produced by the Atomic9 vaporizer is surprisingly good with such a cheap vaporizer. It won't cut you like more expensive vaporizers, but due to the price, it's better than you'd expect. Convection heating and double-layer heating technology help, as it provides the quality of the convection heating steam and the conduction efficiency in one device.
The quality of steam is highest at lower temperatures because it provides the best taste. At higher levels, the taste is partially lost, but you don't have to worry that the steam or the appliance will be too hot, because the cooling technology works absolutely great.
Atomic9 is equipped with a 900mAh battery that lasts about ten sessions. It takes about two hours to charge.
Atomic9 is a great herbal vaporizer with a very nice price. It has innovative features that are not common even with top vaporizers. The most important factor is, of course, the quality of the vapors. Atomic9 cannot be compared to the best vaporizers on the market, but it is much better than its price suggests. This makes the Atomic9 a great vaporizer for novice, casual users or a cheap, portable backup for hardcore users.
Atomic9 from Cloudious 9 is an affordable vaporizer with a lot of great features, but the quality of the steam produced is rather average despite its convective heating.
