Although avocado toast has recently become a symbol of sprawling millennials, it would be a shame not to diversify its diet. The combination of avocado with hemp seed is not only great in taste, but also beneficial for health.

You need:

  • 1 piece of avocado, soft, very ripe 
  • 25 grams of onion 
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • A pinch of ground white pepper 
  • 2 pinches of salt 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 
  • hulled hemp seed for sprinkling

Method:

Halve the avocado, stone, remove the pulp with a spoon and place in a bowl. Add chopped onion and garlic, pepper, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and mix with a fork. You can mix the spread for a finer consistency. Serve with pastries and don't forget to sprinkle with peeled hemp seeds before serving.
